The Speers Road plant started production in April 1998. We offer metal fabrication of larger parts to several industries. Our current customer base includes John Deere, Raymond Industrial Equipment, Electromotive , ALO, and Caterpillar.

The plant occupies 70,000 square feet of manufacturing space. It is located in Oakville, Ontario near the QEW and 403 highways, about 1 hour from the US border in Buffalo, New York, and 3 hours to the US border in Detroit, Michigan.

Engineering

The team approach is used by Mancor Engineering in the process determination and costing of our products. We believe in value engineering and sharing the future savings with our customers.

Mancor has leading edge new design capability including Solid Works, Pro E, FEA, FMEA. Our customer still has the ultimate authority.

Mancor Engineering has successfully implemented a system that allows On-Line access to CAD drawings and ensures control of the ECN process.

Through the use of concurrent engineering, Mancor is able to reduce cost in the design stage, reduce ECN cost and avoid later disruption.
