Mancor South Carolina opened for business in March 1987 as a supplier to Dana and Mack Trucks in the south. We specialize in medium to high volume production of steel fabrications from 1/8" through 1" material thickness. We work closely with our customers, providing on time delivery and line setting capabilities. In addition, with our team based environment, we focus on quick turnaround for prototypes and emergency production requirements to ensure we are never the bottleneck with our customer. We are proud to be a World Class supplier to other World Class customers like Mack Trucks, John Deere, Volvo, Freightliner, and Caterpillar.

Our new modern plant occupies 110,000 square feet and is located in Lugoff, SC which is 30 minutes from Columbia Airport, an hour from Augusta and an hour and a half from Charlotte NC.

Our People

Our people are well trained and motivated to provide the best level of quality and service possible. The plant is organized around teams that focus on a particular product or customer, providing faster response to extra requirements.

Quality

Our facility is ISO9001 certified with TS16949 certification by August 2007. We follow our processes carefully to ensure new parts are designed and manufactured properly to ensure long term quality. TS16949, a more extensive standard developed by the automotive companies, is being enthusiastically worked on to even further improve our capability. We measure our delivery and quality performance every day to ensure we stay on track. As a further check we measure our customer satisfaction to make sure we have not missed anything.

Engineering

All our people are involved in seeing if there are better ways to design or manufacture parts. Our engineers frequently visit our customers' operations to further enhance communication. We employ the Pro E Solid Modeling CAD system that interfaces with our customers to further reduce the lead time in new product development.
