The Royal Windsor Drive plant is conveniently located within a day's transit of the US Midwest and Northeast manufacturing heartland.

This full service fabrication facility features 90,000 square feet capable of producing small to medium size assemblies weighing up to several hundred pounds. The current customer base focuses primarily on Volvo Global Trucks (Mack Trucks, Renault, and Volvo), and Sterling Trucks (a division of Freightliner Trucks).

Engineering

The team approach is used by Mancor Engineering in the process determination and costing of our products. We believe in value engineering and sharing the future savings with our customers.

Mancor has leading edge new design capability including Pro E, FEA, FMEA. Our customer still has the ultimate authority.

Mancor Engineering has successfully implemented a system that allows On-Line access to CAD drawings and ensures control of the ECN process.

Through the use of concurrent engineering, Mancor is able to reduce cost in the design stage, reduce ECN cost and avoid later disruption.
