Pennsylvania Plant

The Pennsylvania plant has been supplying machined components to the heavy truck industry for over 20 years. The primary products we machine are iron and aluminum castings as well as engine components and subassemblies, and the required fixturing designed and built in house. We provide our customers with design and redesign engineering assistance, advanced fixture and tooling concepts, and an efficient; as well as many times, a very innovative manufacturing process. We are proud to be a World Class supplier to World Class customers like Mack Trucks, Cummins Engine, and International Truck and Engines.

The plant occupies 120,000 square feet and is located in Allentown, PA.

The plant is organized around teams that focus on a particular product or customer providing faster response to extra requirements. Our success in controlling our processes not only proves we are on the right track but that we have a group of people that are truly exceeding the challenges of manufacturing.

Quality

Our facility is TS16949 and ISO9001 certified and we follow our processes carefully to ensure new parts are designed and manufactured properly to ensure long term quality. We measure our delivery and quality performance every day to ensure we stay on track. As a further check we measure our customer satisfaction to make sure we have not missed anything.

Engineering

All our people are involved in seeing if there are better ways to design or manufacture parts. Our engineers frequently visit our customers operations to further enhance the communications. We employ Pro E Solid Modeling CAD system that interfaces with our customers to further reduce the lead time in new product development.
