Acquired in July, 2006 Mancor Ohio Inc. (previously operated as Mark Concepts Inc.) is the most recent addition to Mancor.

The Mancor Ohio facility is a fabricator of aluminum and steel components and provides subassemblies to the heavy duty truck and related industries. For over 25 years, Mancor Ohio has supplied quality products with on time delivery at a competitive price to our customers.

The Mancor team works in conjunction with our customers to ensure we have an understanding of requirements, specifications, applications and assembly operations. Our approach includes employing lean technologies, internally and externally, to ensure components are manufactured to the highest quality standards and competitive process. To support materials and inventory control programs, we fully utilize EDI, MRP, logistics and line sequencing programs.

Our facility occupies over 170,000 square feet of metal fabrication and subassembly operations.

We are proud to provide quality products to our customer base which includes PACCAR, Volvo and Tier 2 suppliers supporting the automotive and truck industries.

Mancor Ohio is conveniently located in Dayton, Ohio. Our location offers us the luxury of being within one day transportation of 80% of the major industries in the United States and Canada.

Equipment

• Lasers - 2 on site with capacity up to 1/4"
• Presses - 15 on site with capacity up to 500 ton
• Coil handling capacity - up to 1/8" thick material and 36" wide
• Turrets - 4 on site with capacity of 33 tons
• Brake presses - 8 on site with capacity up to 135 ton and 8'
• Welding capability - stainless, aluminum, cold-rolled, mig and tig operations
• In house paint operations - powder coating
• Complete tool and die and maintenance facility

Engineering

Our engineering team approach involves all aspects of process development and cost considerations. We frequently visit our customers operations to ensure a complete understanding of current processes and identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies. This two tiered approach promotes both internal and external opportunities in addition to building excellent communications with our customers.
